I so agree with your approach here, Dave. We've discovered a similar thing with our blog building business. We thought that teaching our clients how to manage their typepad blog on their own was the best way to go. But, many of them say they just want us to manage it. They're willing to learn the basics, and be the blogger, but they want us on retainer for tech issues, or questions on form and function. So - you're right on track.
